To make our new black garlic salt, we use our flagship local Salt City Flake salt, and infuse it with Korean-style fermented garlic from Piacentino Farms from Utica, NY. The result is a more pungent garlic flavor, but with a sweet balsamic-y finish. Perfect for the garlic lover, and a way to punch up anything in the kitchen.

Fantastic! This is the best flavored salt I've ever had. The black garlic is perfect on steak and a little bit goes a long way, so the jar should last for a while. I bought this as part of the 3 salt flight as a gift and now I need to buy some for myself! The salt flight came in an attractive, easy to wrap box for gifting and arrived quickly
