Our newest salt is a collaboration with Dr. Konstantin Frank Vinifera Wine Cellars in Hammondsport, NY. Pinch of Rosé is made with the pioneering winery’s oldest vines, a medium-bodied wine from Hammondsport. Added flavor comes from the addition of Finger Lakes Wine Flour. Use this on seafood, desserts (amazing on ice cream), fruit, and vegetables.
